Now you have a amazing opportunity to gain and develop your training skills in very intense two days course. During the seminar you´ll find out what happens in the heads of facilitator and trainer. You´ll get advises how to plan a succesful session and also practice your skills.
The course is for all who are interested in training and facilitating.
It´s especially beneficial for the one´s who want to facilitate in National Seminars in the future.

Are you interested in leadership? Do you want to become a leader of tomorrow?
Welcome to National Leadership Weeks 2010, an event to be held as an effort to create more leadership experience for AIESECers and other students. With inspiring speakers, engaging discussion as well as motivating case-studies, National Leadership Weeks will engage you with the fascinating and current topic about the role of leadership in the society and business life.
As a part of this cool event, National Leadership Camp 2010 is organized by AIESEC Tampere with the cooperation of our partner – EBBF. During this camp, you will not only gain insights about leadership, but also get to develop and apply your leadership skills in certain contexts. A leadership statement created by all participants will be published after the camp. This is also an opportunity to meet AIESEC’s future leaders from all over Finland!
